That's what my Lucia said as she walked down the stairs this morning.
And she was so excited because German Pancakes are mmmgood.
It must be painfully obvious how much I love breakfast food...

I swear that's all I post about!
I think about what I will make for breakfast a full day ahead because I love it that much.
Lately its been a different smoothie concoction each day, but other days
...and now German pancakes.
A favorite, right?
These are a major weakness for me, so I quit making them so often.
I could (and have) downed an entire recipe myself! But we won't tell anyone about that :/
A few eggs and some flour can't be so bad for you! And they are so simple to make.
I was craving some this weekend, and I don't say NO to cravings!
That's one luxury of being pregnant, right?
German Pancakes.
4 Tbsp butter
6 eggs
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
1/4 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 450.
While oven is heating, place butter in 9x13 pan and into the oven to melt.
Mix remaining ingredients (eggs, flour, milk, salt) in a blender, or do a really good job with your whisk.
Remove buttered pan when butter has started bubbling and oven has heated,
then pour batter into pan. Be careful because it's really hot!
Bake 20-25 minutes until pancake is puffed up and golden brown.
We like to eat it best simply... fresh squeezed lemon, confectioner's sugar and whipped cream.
Simply delish.

Oh my goodness I don't know how I didn't see this earlier but I absolutely love, love, love German pancakes! A little lemon and powdered sugar make these puppies an absolute HOME RUN! Thank you for sharing! :)
